Tomorrow in the Museum of folk instruments (Tbilisi) will be held an evening dedicated to the musical traditions of the Khukhunaishvilis. Together with the khukhunaishvili family and ensemble Nanina, we will perform a few songs.
The name of our ensemble is actually connected to this people! Adilei – a travel song – was recorded by the Khukhunaishvili choir in 1913, after which we fell in love with it and named ourselves that way. Also, one of our member is Khukhunaishvili 🙂
